european individual squash championships
Wednesday, May 28th, 2008off to compete in heithercroft, oxford, this week and from there for the european individuals in bratislava.. last few days of training have been pretty light with main emphasis on core work and quick short sprintin with plenty of hitting.. hopefully theyll go well!
