Sports I Do : Mainly just squash to be honest, with the odd bit of tennis and golf when the suns out for a change.
Sport Kit Used : Use Dunlop Aerogel Elite rackets, Hi-tec sys squash runner. I wear Skins compression gear playing and training and asics kayano runners for running and plyometric training.
A Bit About Me : enjoy the constant challenges squash brings me. learning to adapt to different situations, thinking about and reinventing my game to get better and climb the rankings. for downtime i like following other sports - rugby, football etc.. listen to music and spend time at home..
Best Sporting Achievment So Far : Playing for me country in world and european championships.
Sporting Objectives For This Year : To break into the top 100 in world rankings (currently 118). to win my maiden PSA title and to win the National title.
