I wouldn’t bank on it, I think mine would be a feeble hobble getting from the car to start line these days.

Is Rob Jebb a redhead? I saw a guy up front – milk bottle white with red hair – and not an ounce of fat on his body. He was like one of those anatomical muscle models you see in medical schools!

Thanks for that Steve – if you’d seen me on Gable that day you wouldn’t have been too impressed – by then I was reduced to a feeble hobble.

My pal and Bingley Harriers team-mate Rob Jebb won the race at a canter – he’s a machine…..

You could run it if you wanted to Steve – it’s all in the mind.

I saw you chaps that day, I was doing a hike over Great Gable with some pals – I have to say we were all well impressed with you all, good on you for a) doing the race and b) being fit enough to even think about doing the race! Who won?
