My pre-race routine involves a bit of light leg stretching and a warm up jog but nothing else.

After the race I&#039;m usually too beat to do anything even though I know I should.....</description>

If not you really should start now,it is excellent for flexibility and to help ease out the adhesions in your muscles.</description>
