		<description>HI andy, reading your message brought back memories of my "ironman" experience, the 220 marathon triathlon 1990. I agree the training commitment is immense but just concentrate on the first two disciplines ie being fit enough to get out of the water and feel like you want to get on a bike and then again feel good enough to want to run when you get off the bike - I did that with hardly any running training and completed the marathon leg 3:37. total time of 11:27 (If I remember) by just swimming and cycling - with all that training all you have to do is put one foot infront of the other for 1 mile x 26 with a feed at every mile !! go on 'ave it !!!</description>
