Sounds like you had fun! Shame you didn't break that 4 hour barrier but glad you are using it as a focus for next year and i'm sur you will do it. Still was a great time though so a big well done!
You are right about the legs the next day when cycling but at the time i feel the lactic acid build up a lot more than when i am cycling rather tahn running, do you also find this?
