shoulders last night
July 1st, 2008 by JamesShoulders and triceps ladt night. Had the weekend off again, really bad, i need to stick to this routine, it’s 8 weeks till holiday!
I did:
4 sets of clean and press
4 sets of lateral raises
4 sets of reverse flyes
4 sets of arnold presses.
then:
4 sets of narrow dips
4 sets of tricep push downs.
However, feel bad with myself as i drove to work again today and didn’t cycle… need to be more strict with myself.
had some good pitta breads and tuna today so am ready for a big session tonight.
