2 mile swim
300000 lbs upper body weights
1250 press-ups
1250 standing leg raises
3250 sit-ups
1250 star jumps
record - 18 hours 56 mins…it would take me a week!

Hi James
Why not ask that guy who came into your office to try The Octathalon. Maybe you would like a go at it too??
We had the fittest Royal Marine win it this year and Tough Guy winner Vito got to the semis with an Commmomwealth Gold Medalist for Pole Vault. Past champions have been this years Fit Brit winner Cassius Frankson and this years Double Ironman winner Hywel Davies. It’s a great workout and the top guys manage it in under 10 mins!
